Sino Hua-An International Berhad ("Hua-An") is pleased to announce that at the Twelfth Annual General Meeting ("12th AGM") of Hua-An held today, all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of 12th AGM dated 27 April 2018, were duly passed by the shareholders of Hua-An. The voting in respect of the resolutions was carried out by way of a poll and the results were validated by Commercial Quest Sdn. Bhd., the Independent Scrutineer appointed by Hua-An.
